Savaras Roofing did a great job replacing decking where needed and new shingles.

Their crew was on time and cleaned up both days before they left.

Would highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough about how happy I am with my new roof! It is absolutely beautiful! Svaras Roofing put a new roof on my house 25 years ago and Peter did a great job then so why change a good thing?? Yet again, Peter was professional and fair and his crew was amazing as well. They were respectful of my property and completely cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Svaras Roofing to anyone needing a new roof!

I called four contractors to quote a new roof. I told all of them that I had some air circulation issues in the attic to fix. Peter was the only contractor to come inside and actually look in the attic. Everyone else just assumed they knew what was going on.

I communicated directly with Peter, the owner, the whole time. Before, during, and after. His crew was timely and professional.

I would hire Svaras Roofing again.

I highly recommend Svaras Roofing. Peter Svaras is a pleasure to deal with. He explained exactly what our roof needed, and responded quickly to all of my questions. His price and his contract terms were fair, and his crew got to the job quickly. I haven't climbed onto the roof, but from what I can tell, his crew did good work and took care of the necessary details. Peter is brighter and easier to deal with than most folks I've met in the working world, in any field. If I were a manager, I'd hire him, regardless of the line of work.

Phenomenal experience I had with Peter and his crew from Svaras Roofing. They did a beautiful job replacing my roof, excellent thorough communication throughout the whole project. Super easy to get ahold of if there are any questions, fair competitive pricing and were able to knock it out in a day. I highly recommend you give Peter a call for your next roofing project.

I had a simple project for a small cottage. I was given exactly what I wanted (basic and no upgrades needed). There was no push for better or different products which I appreciated. Price was fair and they cleaned up so well that I would not have known they were there. I would give a 5 star rating but there was a delay due to other larger projects. I would definitely use them again.

Peter and his crew did a great job at a fair price. His experience and suggestions will make this roof last a long time. Clean up was incredible, outside of the brand new roof, it was hard to tell they were even there. I’ll recommend to friends and family. Thanks team Svaras!
